If for any reason you are not happy with your personalized item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. In the event of an error, we will do everything we can to correct the issue and make it right for you.
